Deltix QuantOffice is an enterprise trading platform from EPAM. It covers research, backtesting, paper trading and live execution on one code base, with the TimeBase data store and over 100 connectors. Start from the parts you use.
Why firms look for Deltix alternatives
- They want a published price and a self-serve start, without a sales process.
- They are a small team without the staff to integrate an enterprise platform.
- They use only part of it, such as research or data storage.
- They want to run on their own machine with code they control.

All-in-one platforms
- QuantConnect bundles data, a cloud IDE and live trading through supported brokers. Strategy code runs on its cloud unless you run LEAN yourself. See What are the best QuantConnect alternatives in 2026?
- QuantRocket keeps the platform model on your own hardware, in Docker.
- NautilusTrader has a Rust core and Python strategies, and handles ticks and order books. It is free, and you run and maintain it yourself. Its README warns of breaking changes between releases.
The data side
TimeBase, the data store under Deltix, has an open-source community edition under FINOS. KDB-X and OneTick are commercial options from KX. See What are the best kdb+ alternatives in 2026?
Reamer Labs
Reamer Research and Reamer Server cover the same span as Deltix, from research to live trading, as two smaller libraries. Reamer Research has a public execution specification and byte-identical runs. Reamer Server runs your pre-trade gate on every order, and reamer_relay_* sends the orders a strategy returns in a backtest to it.
They handle systematic strategies on OHLCV bars, held from minutes to days. You supply the data and write the broker connector. See How do Reamer Research and Reamer Server compare with EPAM Deltix QuantOffice?
