Reamer Labs is Chaitanya Palghadmal, a sole proprietor in Pune, India, who writes both products, publishes their benchmarks and answers the support email. It is a real business but a small, new one, so check it rather than trust it: the legal terms name him, payment runs through Paddle as merchant of record, and the method and raw data behind the figures are published with DOIs.
Who is behind it
One person, by design. Chaitanya started as a retail trader and became an independent quant researcher, with a computer engineering degree and a master's in data analytics. Reamer Labs began as tooling for his own research and became a business when it was clear other traders needed the same thing. See About.
What you can check yourself
- The legal party. The terms and the licence in the kit name Chaitanya Palghadmal, doing business as Reamer Labs, under Indian law.
- The payment. Checkout runs through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: it issues the invoice and handles your card, and Reamer Labs never sees your payment details.
- The author's record. His ORCID profile ties his name to his published research.
- The method. The whitepaper behind the performance figures has a DOI, and so does the raw benchmark data. Where the two differ, the raw files win.
- The integrations. Uncut recordings show an AI agent integrating each product from the kit documents alone. See How long does integration take?
- The support record. Bug reports are tracked in public on GitHub.
What to weigh against it
- It is newly launched. There are no customer quotes on the site, and the benchmarks have not been audited by a third party.
- It is one person. If that is a concern for your firm, there is a source escrow you can fund; the terms are on the About page.
The cheapest test is the trial: $225 for Reamer Research or $900 for Reamer Server, for 30 days. See pricing.
