Yes. An annual licence can be paid by invoice, issued by Paddle and payable within 14 days by bank transfer, and a signed order form is available on request. Both are at the same prices as the card checkout. The 30-day trial is card only.
Paying by invoice
- Request it on the pricing page. Choose the product and number of seats, and give a billing contact, the email for the invoice and keys, and a billing address. Company name, tax or VAT ID and purchase order number are optional, and appear on the invoice if you give them.
- Name each Reamer Research user. A Reamer Research seat is licensed to one named person, so the form asks for one name per seat. Reamer Server seats need no names.
- Paddle emails the invoice within minutes. It is payable within 14 days by bank transfer, or by card or another method through the invoice's payment link.
- Keys arrive when payment clears. The licence keys and the kit link are emailed to the address on the invoice.
Any number of seats can go on one invoice. Paddle is the merchant of record, so the invoice comes from Paddle, not from Reamer Labs. The term of each seat starts when it is first activated, not when the invoice is paid, so seats bought ahead of a rollout do not lose time.
A signed order form
If your procurement process needs a signed document, write to [email protected] with the legal entity that will hold the licence and the number of seats. The order form is at the same list prices.
What is not available
- Trials by invoice. The 30-day trial is bought by card only.
- Monthly or multi-year billing. Licences are for 30 days or one year, each paid once.
