Buying for a firm
The same products at the same prices. Pay by card or by invoice, sign an order form if your procurement needs one, and take the security and support answers in writing.
How a firm buys
Buy on the pricing page. Paddle is merchant of record and issues the tax invoice. Each Reamer Research seat is licensed to one named person, so name the person who will use it.
One invoice for any number of seats. Email the product, term, seats, and billing entity. Keys and the kit link go out on payment.
For a procurement process that needs a signed document. Write to [email protected] with the licensing entity and seat count.
Support
Included with an active licence, not sold as a separate add-on or metered per incident. Email is the channel; covered hours are 09:00 to 18:00 IST (UTC+5:30), weekdays. Requests triage into three tiers.
To escalate, reply on the same thread marked urgent and state the trading impact. For an incident, run bin/reamer-diag-bundle --config <path> against the affected instance and attach the result — a health and metrics snapshot plus retained event-bus records, monitoring auth token redacted.

Security review and continuity
VENDOR_QUESTIONNAIRE_PACK.md ships inside the kit. It is the standing answer to a security questionnaire, support model, vulnerability disclosure policy, data-handling statement, and business-continuity review.
A release-triggered escrow, funded and set up by the licensee, with a neutral agent holding the deposit. It releases only if Reamer Labs discontinues the product or ceases to operate, and grants a maintenance-only licence. Full terms in LICENSING.md.
